With an international career spanning 20 years across a range of private, government and not-for profit industries, including finance, FMCG’s, construction and engineering, health, education, telecommunications and media, I’ve helped my clients break through the obstacles that seem to be holding them back from taking their business to a higher level.
I listen to my clients, hearing the challenges they are facing with an open and excited mind. I then set out to be their right-hand man, sourcing intelligence from my own experiences, diligent research, a vast network of specialists in different fields and wherever else I can find the best solutions.
I typically offer four sessions per month, working through modules together with business owners or company executives. The first phase is basic diagnostics, getting to know your business inside-out, before setting clearly defined goals and choosing the right program to get there, step-by-step. There are no lock-in contracts, allowing clients to freely walk away if they feel that they are not getting value from the relationship.
I pride myself in thinking outside of the box, helping business owners stop stressing with a relaxed approach, mixed with good humour. Meanwhile, I take the day’s work home with me and approach concerns raised with the utmost seriousness they deserve.
